The Bourke Park Street Art project in Pakenham was funded by Cardinia Shire Council and supported by Councillors and Hardy's Mitre 10 as part of the park's re-development. Engaging local young artists and providing mentoring in street art, project management, filmmaking and documenting was also a high priority. The project specifically worked on transforming the existing sound shell, barbecue, new toilet block and main wall using street art.
